Job Description

Cobham YJC in Kingswood NSW is seeking an Assistant Manager, Centre to ensure high-quality client services for young people in a secure therapeutic setting. You will lead a multidisciplinary team across client services, counselling and WHS while upholding policy and legislation.

The role requires tertiary qualifications in a relevant field and experience managing teams within criminal justice or human services. A NSW driver's licence, First Aid, WWC and security clearances are expected.
