Job Description

Eastern Health is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to provide person-centred care in our aged care homes across Melbourne's western suburbs. You will work under the direction of Registered Nurses to deliver holistic nursing care for residents with complex health needs, including chronic conditions and dementia.
