Job Description

The Lost Dogs' Home in Cranbourne is seeking a full time Customer Experience Officer to deliver outstanding service, assist with adoptions, reclaims, and lost pet searches, and support animal surrenders.

This role blends rapid-paced customer service with admin tasks and light animal handling in a warm, inclusive shelter workplace. You will engage with the public, help reunite pets with owners, and contribute to our welfare programs.
