Job Description

Ovolo Hotels in Canberra is seeking a Guest Service Agent to be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a memorable brand experience. This full time position falls under the HIGA award and requires flexibility in availability.

You will greet guests, check them in and out, manage bookings, promote hotel services, and assist with guest inquiries. Prior front office experience is preferred but a bubbly personality and positive attitude are welcome.
