We're looking for an experienced Senior Financial accountant / Finance Manager to take the lead and play a key role in driving financial excellence across the business.
Reporting to the Finance Controller, you'll combine robust technical accounting expertise with commercial thinking, people leadership and a passion for continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
Lead day-to-day Finance operations and a high-performing Finance team.
Own monthly and quarterly reporting, financial analysis, forecasting and variance reporting.
Ensure robust financial controls, reconciliations and reporting accuracy.
Manage cash flow, intercompany transactions, and balance sheet integrity.
Oversee payroll and key statutory obligations including BAS, FBT, payroll tax and superannuation.
Lead internal and external audit processes and maintain strong compliance standards.
Identify opportunities to streamline,
automate and improve Finance processes.
Coach and mentor the Finance team
What You'll Bring
Qualified accountant, with proven experience leading and developing Finance teams.
Robust technical accounting, reporting, controls and compliance experience.
Broad knowledge across the full Finance function.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
