Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience: Greet guests, deliver personalised 5-star service, and build strong stakeholder relationships.
Security Operations: Monitor building access, surveillance, and perimeter security, with a key focus on contractor and employee access/pass management.
Emergency Response: Act as a key contact during incidents, follow procedures, and support emergency services.
Issue Resolution: Respond to safety and security concerns or complaints effectively and in line with policies.
Operations Support: Assist with car park, loading dock, and general building safety and presentation.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance safety and customer experience.




Financial Contribution: Support business performance through excellent service and client retention.
Work Health & Safety: Follow WHS policies, assess risks, and maintain a protected work environment

Skills & Experience
Strong customer service and security operations experience.
Excellent conflict resolution and de-escalation skills.
High attention to detail and situational awareness.
Robust communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of relevant security regulations and procedures.
Computer literacy and experience with security systems/software.
