Support Nation‑Shaping Infrastructure, Energy and Land Transformation Projects.

As Senior Consultant you will work closely with the Project Director as you will play a key role across a portfolio of nationally significant projects, including Transport, Freight & Logistics, Energy, Land Transformation.

We are looking for a highly capable Senior Consultant/Manager/Advisor – Infrastructure Advisor to support the delivery of major intermodal, freight, energy and strategic land projects across Australia. This role suits someone who enjoys complex, multidisciplinary work and wants to contribute to high‑impact advisory outcomes for government and private clients.

What You Will Do
Contribute to the delivery of strategy, development, commercial and procurement workstreams across major projects
Conduct comprehensive analyses of client challenges, market trends, and project feasibility to inform strategic recommendations
Develop business strategies, practical operational improvement programs, business cases, and feasibility studies
Support technical, commercial and procurement workstreams across major projects
Produce high‑quality draft reports,



presentations and analysis for senior review
Support client engagement activities, workshops and stakeholder coordination
Contribute to research, data analysis and modelling inputs

What You Bring
4 – 8+ years' experience in infrastructure advisory, transport, rail logistics, energy, or major project environments.
Experience supporting at least some of: project strategy, project development, business cases, HV/grid strategy, intermodal planning, or land transformation.
Solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and structured problem‑solving ability.
High‑quality writing skills and experience preparing government‑grade documentation.
