Maker & Monger is looking for a passionate wine person to join the team part time, 30 hours per week.

Working closely with our Head Wine Buyer, you'll help shape and run our wine program, with plenty of time on the M&M; wine wall Thursday - Sunday and the chance to work with some seriously special bottles from around the world.

Think Thierry Allemand, Anne & Francois Ganevat, Francois Cotat, Nicolas Jacob, Philippe Pacalet, L'Anglore and plenty more.

The role covers a bit of everything:
Wine buying and supplier relationships
Stock management, receiving and inventory
Swing tags, website notes and product descriptions




Wine and cheese pairings
In-store tastings and staff education
Customer service and wine sales
Wine events and producer tastings
Social content and Instagram
Keeping up with new releases, producers and portfolios

We're looking for someone curious, organised, personable and genuinely obsessed with wine, who loves talking to customers as much as they love digging into a current producer.

Formal wine qualifications aren't essential. A outstanding palate, a willingness to learn and the ability to make someone excited about a bottle are.
