Your new role
Lead management accounting activities, including monthly reporting, forecasting, and budget analysis
Manage cash flow, reconciliations, investments, and financial performance reporting
Coordinate grant funding, compliance requirements, and expenditure monitoring
Oversee month-end processes, statutory reporting, and financial reconciliations
Assist with annual budgets, audits, and financial statement preparation
Partner with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights and support business decision-making

What you'll need to succeed
Relevant qualification in Accounting, Commerce, Business, or a related discipline
Previous experience in financial management, reporting, and budgeting
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver accurate outcomes




Experience within local government or the public sector is advantageous but not essential
Current Australian driving licence
