What You’ll Be Doing

· Servicing both metro and regional customers via phone and email with product information, promotional offers and manage customer relationships.

· Providing a sales support function for customers and field sales team.

· Provide quality trade counter face to face customer service.





· Manage a list of local customers to drive sales.

· Offering innovative solutions to our customer’s needs

· Develop a full understanding of our product range through team training.

· Ability to be adaptable to workplace daily requirements.

What We’re Looking For

· Providing great customer experience.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Customer first focused with a friendly phone manner.

· Attention to detail paired with effective time management.

· Reliable, hardworking and solution focused.

· Sales focused

· Ability to help the warehouse and lift stock as required.

· Confidence in using different types of software platforms and systems, in particular MS Excel and Outlook

· Experience from within the Pool industry preferrable but not essential
