About the role

We currently have a unique chance for a contractor to join the team as a hands-on Fitter/Fabricator. You will work on a contract basis as a team member in the group's production activities. A background as a fitter/fabricator, particularly in the agricultural sector, is essential for success in this role. A person who has experience dealing with customers to problem solve is a critical skill we are seeking.

Key responsibilities
Work on welding, fitting and manufacturing activities, particularly stockfeed milling or similar process
Work with customers directly on product and technical solutions
Manage work schedules
Maintain attention to detail and organisation in production activities
Uphold safety and quality standards and good manufacturing practices
Identify opportunities for improving efficiency

About you
Experience in welding, fitting and manufacturing, particularly stockfeed milling or similar process




Experience working with customers directly on product and technical solutions
Ability to manage your work schedules
Attention to detail and organisation
A solid understanding of safety and quality standards and valuable manufacturing practices
Resourceful and logical thinker with an eye for improving efficiency
Robust written and verbal communication skills
A current unrestricted driver's licence and forklift licence
