This role suits someone who is versatile, enthusiastic and keen to be part of a agile team.

The successful candidate will:
Have previous experience working in a customer service role or warehouse role
Work well independently but also as part of a small team environment
Be a explicit and concise communicator both written and verbally
Have an eye for detail
Be computer literate with a keen interest to learn current programs
Have the ability to work on a variety of tasks
Be self-motivated, a good problem solver and adaptable
Have a positive, can-do attitude
Be a tidy worker who is punctual,



effective and reliable
Be able to lift boxes (up to 15 + 20kg)

Reporting to the management team, key tasks for this role include:
Picking, packing and shipping eComm and wholesale orders
Processing customer returns and exchanges
Assisting the warehouse manager with incoming goods, quality control and inventory checks
Liaising with team members to solve customer issues
Supporting team members with ad hoc projects including samples and seconds sales.
Daily activities that help achieve a clean and safe workplace
General administrative duties
