Senior Home Loan Processor

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Home Loan Processor to join Abraham Finance!

You will be responsible for managing residential loan applications from submission through to approval and settlement, while providing excellent service to our clients and supporting our mortgage brokers.

The Role:
Manage loan applications from submission to settlement.
Prepare and submit applications through lender platforms including ApplyOnline and Mercury.
Liaise with lenders, credit teams, clients, valuers, solicitors/conveyancers and real estate agents.
Follow up on outstanding documents, conditions and approvals to ensure loans progress to settlement smoothly.
Review loan applications and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Handle client requests including refinances, top-ups, variations and fixed-rate changes.
Keep clients and brokers updated throughout the loan process.
Provide general administrative and broker support as required.

Requirements:
5+ years' experience in mortgage processing.
Robust knowledge of the Australian home lending process.




Experience with ApplyOnline and lender systems.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple loan files and deadlines.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a quiet environment.
High level of integrity, professionalism and accountability.
Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is highly regarded.
