Job Description
Partner with the business: Provide explicit, practical legal advice that helps teams navigate legal and regulatory requirements and make informed decisions.
Support commercial agreements: Draft, review and negotiate supplier, technology, distribution, service and other commercial contracts.
Support recent initiatives: Provide legal input into new products, projects, business initiatives, regulatory change and improvements to systems and services.
Support AI and innovation: Advise on legal, regulatory, contractual and privacy considerations relating to AI-enabled tools, data and emerging technology.
Navigate regulatory requirements: Provide advice across areas such as consumer credit, AML/CTF, competition and consumer law, franchising, real estate licensing, privacy,



employment and intellectual property.
Support customer matters: Provide legal guidance on complex or escalated customer complaints and other customer-related legal matters.
Manage legal and regulatory risk: Help identify emerging risks and support the business in meeting its legal, regulatory and policy obligations.
Improve how we work: Contribute to Legal team processes, templates and tools that make legal support more productive, consistent and scalable.
Work with external advisers: Support the engagement and management of external counsel where specialist advice is required.
