Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (Authentication) to take domain ownership and provide strategic product leadership across our Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) transformation program. In this role, you will own the end-to-end authentication roadmap and backlog across digital and assisted channels, ensuring customer journeys strike the right balance between robust security, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and low-friction user experience.

Acting as the primary business product owner for our up-to-date CIAM platform, you will drive product decisions and governance across login, step-up authentication, account recovery, adaptive/risk-based authentication, passwordless, and biometrics. You will work closely with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams spanning Digital, Engineering, Cyber Security, Fraud, Risk, and Customer Care to standardize reusable authentication capabilities across the enterprise.
