EXPERIENCED BARISTA - MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEKENDS

We’re a busy, community-focused café with a robust emphasis on specialty coffee, seasonal food and excellent service. We’re looking for someone who loves coffee, knows their way around a busy machine and enjoys being part of a team.

About the role:
Cafe hours are 7 am to 2 pm (Tuesday to Sunday), and we can offer flexible shifts for the right person.
Prepare consistently excellent coffee throughout the busy service
Dial in and maintain coffee quality throughout the day
Confidently work in a busy environment and manage high-volume periods
Prepare alternative milk coffees and a range of hot and cold beverages
Maintain a clean, organised and efficient coffee station
Provide friendly, genuine customer service and operate the Square POS if needed




Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team

About you:
Previous barista experience in a busy café environment
Quick, calm and organised under pressure
Excellent attention to detail and consistency
Friendly, positive and a team player
Passionate about specialty coffee and hospitality
