We are looking for a friendly and reliable Barista to join our team. Your main goal is to make excellent coffee, chat with our customers, and keep the cafe running smoothly and cleanly.Key ResponsibilitiesMaking Drinks & Serving
Prepare coffee and other hot or cold drinks to high standards.
Take customer orders accurately and process payments at the register.
Serve food, cakes, or light snacks.
Cleaning & Organising
Clean the Coffee machine and steam wands continuously throughout the day.
Wipe down tables, counters, and seating areas.
Wash dishes, cups, and kitchen utensils.
Restock milk, coffee beans, cups, and lids.
Customer Service
Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
Answer questions about the menu and drink options.
Handle busy morning rushes calmly and efficiently.
Requirements & Skills
Experience: Previous experience working with a commercial espresso machine is preferred but not essential.
Skills: Ability to work quickly, multitask, and stay organised under pressure.
People Skills: Friendly personality with a positive attitude towards teamwork.
Availability: Adaptable schedule, including early mornings and weekends.
Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 12.0 per week
