Kalbarri Motor Hotel is currently looking for its recent sous chef.

The sous chef will be required to do the following:

Assisting the Head chef in creating menu items, recipes and preparing high-quality dishes

Following the instructions and recommendations and also taking care of daily prep.

Ensuring that the preparation and presentation of food are of highest quality at all times.

Responsible for the supervising staff

Stock rotation/stock control

3month probation period

We are unable to offer sponsorship

Accommodation is a shared house with pool facilities. $250 a week including bills

Kalbarri is 600ks from Perth

Pay: $63,844.33 – $89,467.96 per year

Work Location: In person
