We are seeking an energetic and bubbly Receptionist to join our vibrant team. This role is based at our restaurant in Surfers Paradise and is a casual position on Sundays and Mondays, with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts on Fridays and Saturdays during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee restaurant bookings across all venues
Provide warm and skilled customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
Assist with administrative tasks including Microsoft Outlook, Office, filing, Xero accounting software and other ad hoc duties
Support the restaurant team with coordination and communication where required

Required skills & attributes:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service and reception role, ideally within a quick-paced hospitality environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly motivated,



with a friendly and skilled disposition
Solid attention to detail and organisational skills
