The Prospect

We’re looking for enthusiastic Production Operators who enjoy working in a clean, well supported environment where quality, teamwork, and clear processes matter. Whether you’re experienced or new to the industry, you’ll be joining a workplace where everyone is valued and set up for success.

What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting refinery operations, ensuring safe oil receival and efficient packaging
Operating and monitoring production equipment
Working closely with your team to achieve production goals
Following established safety and quality procedures
Taking part in training and continuous improvement initiatives

What You’ll Bring
Reliability and strong attention to detail
A willingness to learn (full training provided)
Ability to work rotating 12 hour shifts, including nights




Experience in oil refining or dairy is helpful but not essential
A collaborative mindset and commitment to a positive team culture
A forklift licence
