Summary:

The Chef de Partie at The Red Cow Hotel plays a vital role in our kitchen, ensuring the delivery of high-quality dishes that reflect our commitment to excellence in hospitality and catering. This position is ideal for an entry-level chef looking to develop their culinary skills in a supportive and dynamic setting. You will work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to maintain our high standards and contribute to a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with the menu and standards set by the Head Chef
Assist in the management of kitchen operations, including food preparation and presentation
Ensure that all food safety and hygiene regulations are adhered to at all times
Collaborate with team members to ensure productive kitchen workflow
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management




Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and workstations

Qualifications:
The right attitude – a positive team player with a genuine desire to prove his or her worth & progress quickly
Organisational skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced setting
Ability to work efficiently and cooperatively in a team environment
Min 1 year previous experience as a CDP
