Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott Racing are seeking a motivated, mature-minded Accounts Officer to join our energetic Finance team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and Receivable, assist with payroll processing, perform daily bank reconciliations, and support month-end reporting.

Working closely with the broader team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Accounts Department.

Key Responsibilities
Process AP invoices, supplier reconciliations, and scheduled payment runs.
Manage AR, including collections and customer account reconciliations.
Perform daily bank reconciliations and ensure precise data entry across systems.
Assist with month-end financial preparation and reporting.
Collaborate with the team to maintain streamlined accounting workflows.

Ideal Candidate Profile




Proven experience in a similar accounts or bookkeeping role.
Strong proficiency in Xero; experience with Prism is highly regarded.
Sharp attention to detail, solid problem-solving skills, and high critical-thinking ability.
A mature, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A collaborative mindset with robust personal accountability.

Salary: Dependent on experience.
