An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced General Manager or 2IC to lead a family friendly, community-focused hotel in regional NSW.

This venue brings together quality food, live entertainment, sport and family-friendly hospitality. We’re seeking a hands-on leader who can build a strong team, drive commercial performance and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The Role As Venue Manager, you will take ownership of the venue’s day-to-day operations, including:
Leading, mentoring and developing the management and operational teams
Driving revenue, profitability and overall venue performance
Managing budgets, labour costs, stock and operational KPIs
Maintaining high standards across food, beverage, gaming and entertainment
Ensuring compliance with liquor licensing, gaming, WHS and food safety requirements
Building strong relationships with guests, suppliers and the local community
Creating a positive, accountable and high-performing workplace culture

About You:





You will be an experienced hospitality leader with:
Previous experience managing a busy pub or large hospitality venue
Solid commercial, financial and operational capability
A proven ability to recruit, lead and retain excellent teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
A hands-on leadership style and genuine passion for hospitality
Current NSW RSA and RCG qualifications, or the ability to obtain them
