Now Careers is seeking a reliable and hardworking Truck Driver / Yard Hand to join an industry-leading manufacturer. This is a hands-on role combining truck driving, forklift operation, loading and unloading, deliveries and general yard duties.
The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting materials safely between site locations while also assisting with day-to-day yard and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Driving a flatbed truck between site locations, commencing from Glendenning
Delivering materials including reinforcing steel (Reo bars) and timber
Loading and unloading trucks using a forklift
Safely securing and transporting materials
Assisting with general yard duties and site clean-up during quieter periods
Maintaining a secure and organised yard and work setting
Supporting the production and operations team as required

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current forklift licence – essential
Current driver's licence – essential
Proven experience driving flatbed trucks




Experience transporting and handling materials such as steel, timber or similar products
Ability to safely load, secure and transport materials
Physically fit and comfortable assisting with general labouring and yard duties
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Reliable, punctual and safety-focused
Previous experience within a construction or manufacturing environment will be highly regarded
