Scalabrini Pty Ltd at Scalabrini Bexley Village in NSW seeks an Executive Chef who is passionate about food and making a difference in residents' lives. You will lead the food services team, oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure meals are nutritious, high quality and served on time.

Reporting to the Village Leadership Team, you will design menus reflecting residents’ preferences and dietary needs, manage ordering, budgeting and compliance with NSW food safety and Aged Care standards.
