The Role

n

This is an opportunity for a project manager to take on meaningful responsibility across design, procurement,



and delivery while building their career within a respected employee-owned consultancy known for quality outcomes and a genuinely supportive culture.

Responsibilities

n

n
Manage stakeholder and consultant engagement across all project phases
n
Lead design management and coordination of project inputs
n
Support procurement and tender processes for consultants and contractors
n
Oversee programme management, reporting and project controls
n
Administer contracts during delivery, including RFIs, variations and payments
n

n

Skills & Experience

n

n
4–6 years' experience in project management, construction, engineering or consultancy
n
Background in client-side PM, consultancy, architecture or contractor delivery
n
Experience in social infrastructure projects (health, aged care, education or similar)
n
Solid understanding of the construction process across design and delivery
n
Confident, proactive communicator able to work autonomously and collaboratively
n
