In this role you will:
Provide expert PAYG guidance that enables accurate, compliant claims outcomes.
Resolve complex tax, payment and system issues to minimise risk and improve customer experience.
Drive business readiness activities that support successful delivery of claims technology initiatives.
Partner with business, technology and external stakeholders to deliver effective, fit-for-purpose solutions.
Lead user acceptance and operational validation to ensure solutions meet business and regulatory requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, data quality and system performance across Claims operations.
