Global Quality Foods Australia Pty Ltd is looking for a skilled and reliable Warehouse Picker and Forklift Driver to join our team in Riverwood, NSW. This casual role is essential in ensuring the effective and timely distribution of our products to customers across the country. You will play a key part in the day-to-day operations of our busy warehouse, using your expertise in warehousing and logistics to help us deliver outstanding service.
What you'll be doing
Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Operating forklift trucks to load and unload deliveries
Freezer and Cool room picking and packing orders
Maintaining inventory records and stock control systems
Assisting with the overall organisation and cleanliness of the warehouse
Following all health and safety procedures to ensure a protected working environment
Supporting the broader warehouse and logistics team as required
What we're looking for
Proven experience (minimum 1 Year) in a warehouse or logistics environment, ideally in a picker or forklift driver role
Forklift licence and demonstrated expertise in operating forklifts safely
The candidate should be physically fit and comfortable working in low temperatures for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
Valuable physical fitness and stamina to handle the physical demands of the role
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to health and safety best practices
