Job Description

We are looking for a Product Manager (Authentication) to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering key capabilities across our Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) transformation program. Working closely with the Senior Product Manager, you will shape and drive the authentication roadmap across customer-facing channels, focusing on authentication policies, customer journeys, and detailed business requirements.

You will collaborate with UX, Architecture, Cyber Security, Fraud, and Engineering teams to simplify customer journeys and build secure, seamless experiences. Key areas of focus include driving the implementation and consolidation of login, MFA, OTP, passwordless authentication, account recovery, step-up authentication, and session management.

If you are passionate about defining end-to-end user journeys, navigating cross-functional dependencies, and migrating channels onto common CIAM platforms, this role offers an exciting chance to deliver impactful identity solutions.
