We are seeking an enthusiastic and versatile Waitstaff, Bartender, All Rounder to join our team at Sahra Bistro in Rouse Hill. This is a part-time position that offers the perfect prospect to work in a dynamic hospitality environment where your multi-skilled approach will be valued.

What you'll be doing
Greeting guests warmly and providing attentive table service throughout their visit
Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Delivering meals and drinks to tables with professionalism and care
Preparing and serving beverages behind the bar, including cocktails, wines, beers and non-alcoholic drinks
Managing cash transactions and processing payments with accuracy
Clearing and resetting tables between seatings to maintain cleanliness and presentation




Responding promptly to guest requests and addressing any concerns or special requirements
Working collaboratively with kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service flow
Maintaining knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverage offerings to make recommendations
Adhering to health and safety standards and responsible service of alcohol guidelines
Supporting general venue upkeep and tidiness throughout your shift

What we're looking for
Previous experience in hospitality, waiting or bartending roles (or equivalent customer service background)
Robust communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting whilst maintaining composure
Flexibility and reliability, with the ability to work part time hours including evenings and weekends as required
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to support colleagues
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification is highly desirable (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise effectively
