Part time Opportunity | Opportunity To Work From Home | $36.81 per hour + Super people2people are partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit a Customer Service Officer for a flexible part-time opportunity based on he Sunshine Coast.

This role will see you working with the Quality Team, assisting with customer enquiries and complaints while providing ad hoc administrative support. With full training, systems training, and scripts provided, this is an excellent opportunity for someone with a customer service background who enjoys helping people and delivering positive outcomes.

About The Role

Working 2 days per week, 4 hours per day, your responsibilities will include:
Managing customer complaints and enquiries
Providing qualified and empathetic customer support
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
Following established processes and scripts




Supporting general administration activities as required

About You To be successful, you will demonstrate:
Previous customer service experience
Strong communication skills
A friendly, professional, and approachable manner
The ability to manage customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
The ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
Availability for an immediate start
