Customer Experience Specialist Truganina VIC 3029 | Full-time

Our client is a leading Australian manufacturing and packaging business, seeking an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join its team in Truganina.

Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, you will manage an allocated customer portfolio and be the key contact for customer enquiries, orders, delivery coordination and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities
Manage customer enquiries via phone and email
Process orders, amendments and delivery requests
Build strong relationships with an allocated customer portfolio
Support sales with quotes, pricing, reporting and administration
Liaise with manufacturing and supply chain teams to resolve issues
Manage invoices, PODs, credits and returns
Maintain accurate customer records and support forecasting activities

About You




Previous Customer Service, Internal Sales, Customer Experience or Planning experience
SAP experience is essential
CRM experience, ideally Dynamics
Strong administration and attention to detail
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Proactive, customer-focused and able to manage competing priorities
