About the role The Kitchen Hand supports the day-to-day running of the kitchen across production, bottling, packing, cleaning and general kitchen operations. This is a practical, hands-on role requiring consistency, attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently within a small team environment.

Key responsibilities
Assist with daily kitchen production and preparation tasks
Support bottling, labelling and packing of products
Assist with preparation of juices, smoothies, tonics, soups and mylks
Prepare and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
Support stock rotation and ingredient organisation
Assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries; including some lifting of some heavy boxes and equipment
Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures at all times
Maintain a clean and organised workspace throughout the day
Assist with kitchen cleaning duties and end-of-day cleaning procedures
Work efficiently as part of a small kitchen team

About you
Experience in a kitchen, hospitality or food production environment preferred
Reliable, punctual and consistent
Comfortable with hands-on and repetitive tasks




Strong attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently and follow instructions
Understanding of basic food safety and hygiene practices
Positive, practical attitude and willingness to help where needed
