Flowcrete Group is looking for a reliable, hands-on Trade Assistant to join our workshop team!

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with machinery, getting their hands dirty and learning new skills. You’ll be working alongside our experienced mechanics and workshop team, assisting with the installation, servicing, repairs and maintenance of concrete pumps.

THE ROLE:

Your day-to-day duties will include:
Assisting mechanics with repairs and maintenance
General workshop duties and keeping the workshop organised
Assisting with hydraulic and mechanical work
Basic welding and fabrication assistance
Loading and unloading stock orders
Using workshop tools and equipment
General hands-on support wherever required

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for someone who is:
Reliable and punctual
Hardworking and willing to learn
Practical and mechanically minded
Comfortable working with their hands
Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Not afraid to get stuck in and have a go




Forklift Licence highly regarded or willing to obtain.
Previous workshop, mechanical, fabrication, construction or machinery experience is an advantage, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are just as key.
