Chef – Full Time Position

Night Rock Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team in a full-time role based in Williamstown. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy hospitality venue featuring a bistro, restaurant, functions, and events. We are looking for a motivated qualified who takes pride in their craft, maintains high standards, and enjoys working in a positive and inclusive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
Kitchen Operations: Manage day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure productive service delivery.
Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare and cook high-quality bistro and à la carte dishes with consistency and attention to detail.
Menu Execution: Execute menu items to a high standard and contribute ideas for menu improvements and seasonal specials.
Quality Control: Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
Food Safety & Hygiene: Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety requirements.
Kitchen Organisation: Maintain a clean, organised, and productive kitchen environment.
Teamwork:



Work collaboratively with management and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service operations.
Flexibility: Be available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by the business.

Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience as a Chef in a bistro, restaurant, pub.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
Ability to work independently and manage kitchen responsibilities during service periods.
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining high standards.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
