Position: Casual Educator
Location: Chipmunks in the Woods
Pay Rate: $32.00 – $40.00 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience)
About the Role
As a Casual Educator, you will:
Support the implementation of engaging learning programs.
Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Create protected, nurturing, and inclusive learning environments.
Assist with daily routines, indoor and outdoor experiences, and mealtimes.
Contribute to maintaining a high standard of care and education.
What We're Looking For
Certificate III, Diploma, or working towards an Early Childhood qualification.
Current Working with Children Check.
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain).
Sound knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Framework.
Robust communication and teamwork skills.
A positive, reliable, and flexible attitude.
Experience working with children aged 0–5 years is highly regarded.
