CALROC Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Formwork Carpenters and reliable Labourers to join our growing team across Perth, Western Australia.
We have ongoing work available across projects North and South of the River, with consistent hours and prospects for the right candidates.
The Role
Formwork Carpenters
You will be involved in:
Constructing, assembling and stripping formwork
Reading and working from drawings and plans
Measuring, cutting and assembling materials
Assisting with concrete pours, placement and finishing
Using power tools and hand tools
Working safely and efficiently to meet production targets
Assisting the wider team with site activities as required
Labourers
You will be involved in:
General construction and civil labouring duties
Assisting Formwork Carpenters and the wider site team
Assisting with concrete pours, placement and finishing
Loading, unloading and moving materials
Using hand and power tools
Keeping work areas clean and organised
Following site safety requirements
Supporting the team to meet daily production targets
About You
We are looking for candidates with:
Formwork Carpenters: Trade qualification or minimum 3 years' relevant experience
Labourers: Minimum 1 year of construction or civil experience preferred
Confidence using hand and power tools
Robust work ethic and reliable attitude
Good physical fitness and willingness to work hands-on
Strong commitment to safety and quality
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
