Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin, NT is hiring a casual Kitchen Steward to maintain cleanliness across Food & Beverage production areas and outlets. You’ll set up and transparent buffets, assist with service, and help keep kitchen equipment immaculate.
To qualify, you should have experience in a commercial kitchen, a Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain on onboarding), knowledge of HACCP and WH&S; standards, and be versatile to a 7-day roster including evenings, holidays and weekends.
