City and County Healthcare Group Ltd is seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support a young client in his family home during overnight shifts. You will work closely with the family to deliver high-quality, person-centred care for a child with complex healthcare needs.

Responsibilities include gastrostomy feeding, seizure monitoring and regular night-time observations to ensure safety and wellbeing, with a robust emphasis on explicit communication and teamwork with the family.
