We’re recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join an established automotive dealership.

This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused automotive professional looking to join a busy aftersales department with a strong team workplace and long-term career prospects.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing customers throughout the service and repair process, from booking vehicles into the workshop through to collection.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
Booking customers and vehicles into the workshop
Preparing job cards and repair orders
Discussing vehicle requirements and repair work with customers
Providing estimates and keeping customers updated
Liaising closely with Technicians and the Workshop Controller
Identifying additional work and upselling where appropriate
Managing customer expectations




Handling queries and resolving issues professionally
Ensuring vehicles are completed and ready for collection
Delivering a consistently high level of customer service

What We’re Looking For
Previous Service Advisor / Aftersales experience
Solid automotive knowledge
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Confident dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone
Solid organisation and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a busy workshop workplace
Professional, positive and commercially aware approach
