Based in Sydney, you’ll join a leading international project and cost management consultancy delivering major Data Centre developments—one of the fastest-growing and most technically complex sectors in construction.

You’ll work alongside experienced Cost Managers and gain exposure across both pre and post contract services, from early cost planning and procurement through to construction and final account. As your experience develops, you’ll take on greater responsibility and build confidence working directly with clients, consultants and contractors.

What you’ll need
1+ years’ Cost Management or Quantity Surveying experience within a consultancy environment
A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline
Experience or exposure to cost planning, estimating and pre-contract services
Exposure to variations, progress claims and cost reporting will be highly regarded
Strong numerical and analytical skills with good attention to detail
Confidence communicating with clients, consultants and project stakeholders
An interest in relocating to Sydney and developing specialist Data Centre experience
A collaborative approach and willingness to continue learning from experienced members of the team
