ATSICHS Brisbane is seeking a Kin Connector & Family Support Specialist to work within a culturally secure framework. The role focuses on kin placement pathways for children in OOHC, aiming for family reunification where secure.

You will deliver wrap-around services and client-centered support to families and extended kin. As a key team member, you will develop Transition Plans, coordinate care, and maintain detailed case notes.
