Job Description

Diageo Australia is seeking a Bundaberg Distillation Manager to lead the secure, compliant and productive distillation operation at Bundaberg Rum. You will ensure the right volume and quality of spirit, preserve heritage, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

You will partner with Maturation, Planning, Quality, Engineering and Site Leadership to optimize production, mentor the distillery team, and develop a pathway to Operations Manager for high performers.
