Suburban Connect seeks a Senior IR | HR Advisor based in Melbourne to oversee industrial relations and HR processes for the SRL East project. You will provide guidance on HR policies, manage employee relations, and support leaders with performance, conduct, and grievances.

You will interpret labor and employment law, advise on enterprise agreements, and help negotiations with unions while driving workforce planning, onboarding and lifecycle activities on site.
