We are looking for a Client Support Representative to join the team and be a key point of contact for customers, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently and providing a high level of service from enquiry through to resolution.

What you’ll do?
Act as a key point of contact for existing customers
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
Coordinate freight requests and customer requirements
Liaise with internal teams, carriers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
Track orders and provide customers with updates
Resolve customer issues and follow up on outstanding matters
Assist with quotes, bookings and general account enquiries
Support new customer onboarding




Maintain accurate customer and CRM records
Ensure customer requests are followed through from start to finish
Provide practical and timely solutions to customer queries

What we’re looking for?
Experience in Customer Service, Client Support, Account Coordination, Administration or a similar role
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Solid organisation and attention to detail
Confident managing multiple enquiries and priorities
A proactive and solutions-focused approach
Strong follow-up skills and a customer-first mindset
Comfortable working across multiple internal teams
Experience within freight, transport or logistics will be highly regarded, but is not essential
