Hunter Street Hospitality is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join Urban Purveyor Group's busy kitchens across El Camino, Winghaus and Bavarian venues in Queensland.
You will work in a quick-paced workplace, support the Sous and back-of-house teams, manage daily prep, kitchen safety, and ensure high standards of quality and service. Flexibility to work weekends and late nights is required; experience in premium dining is preferred.
