Crown Hotel Parramatta is seeking an experienced and motivatedDuty Managerto join our team in a busy7-day hospitality operation.
This role is suited to someone who is confident leading shifts, supporting staff, delivering strong customer service, and maintaining high operational standards across the venue.
A key focus of the position will be overseeinggaming operations, TAB operations, compliance, cash handling, and day-to-day venue supervision.
The successful candidate will hold currentRSAandARCGqualifications and have a strong understanding of responsible service, regulatory compliance, and safe venue operations.

Key responsibilities
Lead and support venue operations across a 7-day roster
Oversee gaming, TAB, and customer service areas
Ensure RSA, gaming, and venue compliance standards are maintained




Support staff during service and assist with training where required
Manage cash handling, floats, tills, and end-of-shift procedures
Respond professionally to customer enquiries, issues, and incidents
Work closely with senior management to improve venue performance
Requirements
Previous duty management or supervisory experience preferred
Experience with gaming and TAB operations highly regarded
Strong communication and leadership skills
Reliable, hands‐on, and well presented
Ability to work across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
