Job Description
Suburban Connect is a consortium of global leaders in tunnelling delivering SRL East in Victoria.
The Senior HR/IR Advisor will ensure IR compliance for direct workforce and oversee subcontractor mobilisation, supporting HR information systems.
Join us to help deliver a major infrastructure program, provide guidance on employment legislation, workforce reporting, and coach leaders to drive development across the project.
