The role supports adults to improve wellbeing, develop skills and progress into community participation, volunteering, work placements and, where appropriate, paid employment.
The postholder contributes to the delivery of the ******* Service Development Plan and supports achievement of agreed KPI measures.
Part time contract available hours negotiable ******* hours.
Car driver preferred but not essential.
