We are seeking an experiencedBusiness Analystto support a strategic review of an organisation'sBusiness Continuity Management (BCM) and Enterprise Resilience capabilities.
This role will suit a Business Analyst with experience inBCM, BIA, risk, resilience, governance or consulting, who is confident working with stakeholders and developing high-quality documentation and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Supportcurrent-state assessmentsof BCM and Enterprise Resilience capabilities
Assist with and facilitateBusiness Impact Analysis (BIA) workshops
Conduct stakeholder interviews and document findings
Review and analyse existingBCM frameworks, policies, processes and documentation
Support maturity assessments andgap analysis against ISO *****and relevant risk frameworks
Develop and updateBCM documentation, templates and resilience playbooks
Support development ofimplementation roadmap
Assist with executive-level reports,



presentations and client deliverables
Work closely with the Lead Consultant and wider project team to ensure quality and consistency of outputs
About You
Experience as aBusiness Analyst, Senior Business Analyst or Consultant
Strong experience inBCM, BIA, Enterprise Resilience, Risk or Governance
Hands-on experience supporting or conductingBIA workshops
Strong analytical, documentation and report-writing skills
Experience developingframeworks, processes, templates or playbooks
Understanding ofISO *****and BCM best practice
Solid stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
Experience withinAustralian Government or highly regulated environmentsis highly desirable
